Terms of Use

1. Territory & Governing Law

These Terms apply to users worldwide. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve it as described in Section 7.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions

1. The App does not offer user-generated content features.

2. While using the App, you must not engage in the following behaviors:

   • Cheating, using plug-ins, bypassing rules, or using modifiers.
   • Abusing, interfering with, or evading anti-cheat measures.
   • Impersonating the App or another individual.
   • Harassing, attacking, threatening, or using discriminatory language or behavior.
   • Stealing, scraping, cracking, reverse engineering, or automating actions with scripts.
   • Any other illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing behavior targeting the App or others.

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, ban, or terminate violating users depending on the severity of the behavior.

3. Accounts, Termination, Suspension & Deletion

1. If you violate any prohibited behavior in Section 2, we may suspend, ban, or terminate your account without prior notice.
2. The App includes a built-in “Delete Account” feature in Settings > Account, allowing you to remove your account and related data.
3. We may delete accounts and related data for violations such as cheating, impersonation, or harassment. Deleted data may be irrecoverable.
4. You are responsible for all use of your account and all activities conducted through it.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

1. We make no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, availability, completeness, error-free operation, or results from using the App.
2. We are not liable when the service is unavailable due to high demand, upgrades, failures, maintenance, or other reasons.
3. The App is not responsible for losses, disputes, or claims arising from advertisements or third-party advertisers.
4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App disclaims any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use.
5. If any disclaimer or limitation is deemed invalid in a jurisdiction, it will be adjusted or removed to the minimum extent required without affecting the remaining Terms.

5. Intellectual Property & License

1. All content of the App—including materials, interfaces, graphics, audio, code, and documents—belongs to us or our licensors.
2. These Terms grant no license. You may not copy, distribute, display, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its components without authorization.

6. Changes & Revisions

1. We may modify these Terms at any time.
2. For material changes, we will announce updates in the App or on the website at least seven days in advance and note the “Last Revised” date below.
3. Updated Terms take effect after the notice period. Continued use indicates acceptance of the new version.
4. If you disagree with the revised Terms, we may cease providing services to you.

7. Dispute Resolution & Legal Terms

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

2. In case of a dispute, the parties will first attempt friendly negotiation. If unresolved, choose one of the following:

   • Arbitration: submit the dispute to the Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center in Beijing.
   • Litigation: submit the dispute to the People’s Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing.
3. You waive the right to class action or class arbitration; disputes must be brought individually.
4. Severability: if any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable in a jurisdiction, it will be separable without affecting the remaining Terms.

8. Additional Terms & Special Features

1. The App currently has no paid, in-app purchase, or subscription features.
2. The App does not provide third-party external links.
3. We integrate external services / SDKs including Firebase (for authentication, storage, analytics, etc.) and the AdMob advertising SDK.
4. You should review and accept the official terms or policies of these third-party services regarding data handling and privacy.
